Plants are natural sources of bioactive compounds, and the intensive use wild plants to obtain them, in particular secondary metabolites, depletes biocenoses. Instead, modern biotechnological methods, especially cell tissue culture vitro, make it possible get environmentally friendly, highly productive plant raw materials that able synthesize accumulate specialized substances, which valuable for pharmacology, cosmetology, medicine. Regenerating vitro-plants different species such as Acorus calamus L., Phalaenopsis sp. were obtained our research. It was proved by changing cultivation conditions is change content substances metabolites explants nutrient medium under aseptic culture.
